Sanatoga Water came out to our home for our annual service appointment on our Reverse Osmosis drinking water filter change. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He was conscientious about keeping our floor dry while changing the filters. When he was finished replacing the filters, he tested our tap water and our RO quality to be sure everything was functioning properly. He also checked our water softener, and its salt levels, reset the clock to standard time, checked flow rate, regen schedule and assured us that the system was running properly. Definitely worth it for peace of mind that our water quality is good.
