We had our water nutralizer go bad after many years of service. We had a few places give estimates on replacing it. John was the only tech that came out and did what they said they were going to do. He answered all my questions and tested water at the tank and at the sink wrote down the results from each as a comparison. He explained the differences and left a copy of the results, the recomended new unit with the price installed + tax. Probably one of the best that we got prices from. Second place was Martin he did a ph test and tried to answer my questions however I think he may have been a newer tech that was still learning. All that being said you did the test at both places and knew a few answers that the others just didn’t know but John new right away. We have a vacation coming up and right after the girlfriend gets her work bonus and we decided to go with you guys for the new unit. I was wondering if you have the 24 inch filters in 5 micron and 1 micron Flow Pro, melt blown filter cartridges I would like 2 of the 5 and 1 of the 1 micron filters. I try to keep 1 of each on hand.
