We’ve used Sanatoga for many years now. Our original water softener was no longer working correctly. George let us know what servicing needed to be done and let us know the unit was at it’s obsolescence point. George and Jessica gave us an idea of the cost for servicing the unit and for a replacement. Jessica was terrific to work with and provided an allowance since the plumbing was there, helping to reduce the cost – THANK YOU. George came out to the house and on each occasion was professional, friendly and informative. He was always masked and socially distanced, which we appreciate. He walked us through the new unit after install and primed it for us. He did a fantastic job, kept a clean work area and kept us informed as he was doing his work. I give George and Jessica 5 stars for Sanatoga.
