The tech did introduce himself, but I don’t remember. I think he was George.
He was pleasant and efficient. I was concerned because my neutralizing system didn’t seem to be using much product. He checked it out, tested the water and found the system working properly. He explained that well water can change acidity and probably the water coming in right now isn’t as acidic, so it isn’t dissolving as much product.
