We are very impressed with the service from Sanatoga Water Conditioning. We reached out just a couple weeks ago with some concerns about our well water and within a few days John was out to test our water and explain some of the issues. He broke everything down so we understood and gave us his recommendations. Never once did we feel pressured or like he was trying to sell us on anything. He addressed our specific concerns and we decided then to move forward with a water softener and filtration with pH balancing. Our installation was scheduled for less than two weeks away. The tech came out and was extremely polite, he worked efficiently and even replaced a few water lines that he noticed were leaking. He showed us our new equipment and explained in depth how to work it and what things we needed to keep an eye out for. Overall we have been nothing but satisfied with SWC. We’ve already recommended them to some friends and family, a truly trustworthy company.
